Return and Exchange Policy

At GO-EZGO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returning an Item:

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanging an Item:

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty:

  • All our electronic products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any issues with a product, please contact us and we will assist you with the warranty process.

Please note that some items may be subject to final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
