Return and Exchange Policy
At GO-EZGO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returning an Item:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanging an Item:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty:
- All our electronic products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any issues with a product, please contact us and we will assist you with the warranty process.
Please note that some items may be subject to final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
